How Do I Install MySQL Workbench? (1 reply)

Is the workbench application a server side or client side installation? I don't know if this is an application I download and install on localhost running MySQL or just on my client machine that I use to connect to the MySQL server. Can someone please clear this up for me? My MySQL server is running on CentOS 5.
