caching_sha2_password (no replies)

We must Write in datababase to MySQL 8.0 installed Windows 10, from AS400

This database Mysql connect to a production machine and It work fine.

When I connect to the Database from Toad For MySQL 8.0 or DBeaver it watch error "caching_sha2_password"

I Try create From Workbench a user as400 from bind all ip type standard password but it convert in caching_sha2_password. Why??

Can I resolve this problem?

I'm not expert mysql
