Migrate settings from Administrator/Query Browser (no replies)

I'm a developer and I've been using the old GUI tools to administer my client websites. I was thinking of starting to use the Workbench, but I can't see any easy way of importing the existing settings - my connections in Administrator and the Bookmarks of my saved select bookmarks in Query Browser that I use to generate views.

Can this be done, or do I have to copy and paste everything manually?
