Dropping misspelled table (1 reply)

Somehow I have a table in the database which obviously is misspelled :

forderungen`tbluser

I can neither alter, edit, nor drop it. It always gives me a syntax check.
I do not even know how it got into the database in the first place.

Any ideas?
