ARRAY DIMENSION EXCEEDED SUPPORT RANGE (no replies)

I am facing an issue while I run the query by simply selecting the table, it takes time and displays a bug ARRAY DIMENSION EXCEEDED SUPPORT RANGE. I don't know why this is occurring, I have tried multiple solutions for this, including clear the cache, and increasing the max limit to 1GB from ini file, but not been resolved yet.

please suggest me any accurate solution to solve this, all my tables are working fine just a table with records approximately 154000000
