MySQL Workbench in Fedora 31 (no replies)

I'm having trouble using MySQL Workbench in Fedora 31. Any time I try to run a command in a script,(Such as CREATE DATABASE ;, USE ;), I see 'Script interrupted' in the status box. If I run the exact same command at the MySQL prompt, it completes successfully.
Is there a fix for this, or an earlier version of Workbench that is recommended for Fedora 31? I have whatever version was available for download on yesterday, 2/12/20.
