my school have imac have mysql workbench 6.5(mysql 5.1), I am not root, or a
regular user, when I try to connect, it keep fail (by clicking (+), then click
window/panel's (connect)(error (61) buttom after I fill name of connection, and try to modify (default)root at Username to my username that I login to this my school's imac computer), if I click (Database) (Connect to Database), it show a new tab title as (unconnected);
rather than You tube's pop up a panel ask password for root)
so, plz help
