Changes with no real effect on database (no replies)

Hello,

I encounter the following problem:

Worbench connection to server is running and to my database seems ok. Schemas show all the databases and tables but when for example I drop tables, thoses tables disapear from the schemas view but in fact, If I use PHPMyAdmin from my cpanel, all the tables dropped with Workbench are still there.

Any advices ?
