Sync option not available on Workbench (no replies)

I just downloaded MySql Workbench 6.3.8 Community, I0d like to do some Synch exercises but Synch options are not in the Database Menu, as shown in the reference material.
I have no clue why this is happening.

Any help will be welcome.
