On windows 10, in 'Manager Server Connections" dialog, clicking 'test' or 'store in vault', or 'clear' buttons results in a crash with exception: "An unhandled exception of type 'System.AccessViolationException' occurred in mforms.wr.dll".
Turns out I have to click 'New' button first for a new connection, not just enter its name in the "connection name' text field. If I do that then it works without crashing.
Not very intuitive - it's not at all obvious that 'new' has to be clicked first, and it shouldn't result in an uncaught exception in any case.
