Model not refreshing (no replies)

I'm pretty new, so maybe I'm missing something. When I make changes to my model and then forward engineer, the SQL script that is generated does not incorporate the changes. For example, I somehow have an auto-increment set to default at 5. I have no idea how that happened. Any ideas?
