I just finished installing MySQL from the downloaded mysql-installer-community-5.6.21.1.msi on my Windows 7 machine. It seemed as if everything completed ok, but when I try to launch Workbench, I get the dreaded MySQL Workbench has stopped working...Check online, Close, Debug box.

I read another thread where someone claimed it may have been a problem with a video adapter (mine is a Radeon).
Is my problem a hardware or software (port) problem? Any ideas on how to resolve this so I can get back on track?
