Workbench noob - how do i start querying/learning to script with dummy Sakila (no replies)

Hi, im trying to practice scripting/querying.. and with the test data (sakila) how do i run queries, from the basics.. i cant seem to find a part of workbench, a client that allows me to simply query data.. eg, select * from actor etc..
